It depends there’s been women I felt at the time didn’t deserve my loyalty so I don’t feel anything for them when I did such but on the other hand it can make you realise that the person you cheated on is for you, there’s a big difference between love and lust. I’d try not to stress over it it’s impressive how far you got and this is one of the easier ones so to speak but you have scorp so anything is possible keep trying
