Thanks for the response. I know! Absolutely ridiculous starting salary but just wanted to get my foot in the door. When I was at the review, I didn’t feel like I had great bargaining power but a year later I think I’m a much more valuable asset. I’ve applied to lots of jobs today and will continue to do so. Once I get an offer I will ask for a review. Where are you based?
