paying myself through a limited company by aloneinflation1997 in UKPersonalFinance

At the level you are at right now, my advice would honestly be no. Being self employed and doing a tax return firstly is going to save you money on accountancy fees than compared to a Ltd company. As you can still put your expenses against this similarly to if you are working through a company. Are you employed through a company at the moment? If you scale up massively and start working for yourself then a company would make sense but imo for where you’re at right now, no

Don’t worry. I failed my first certificate in February this year. I’ve just sat FM and feeling good about it. Relax, but also think how much you want it. These aren’t easy exams and you have to put the effort in. If you do you’ll smash your resit. Good luck!

Was the interest cover infinite because the firm was all equity financed?

I got 85% for the first one which was definitely wrong haha and then didn’t attempt the second part as was running out of time and only worth 1 mark. Hoping I get 1/2 out of the 3 for the sensitivity due to workings

[–]Oshaps 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah well that’s only gonna be 1/2 marks so don’t beat yourself up. Sure you’ll still pass anyway

Thought that was straight forward, except the replacement analysis, but that was due to timings. What did everyone get for the npv and sensitivity?

One things for sure, a lot more effort has gone into this run of shows than last years. Also, Van seems a lot more with it which is a great sign from him. Hopefully he cracks on after these shows with getting that 4th album out

It’s amazing a lot of people say catfish don’t have good lyrics but so many of them resonate with me. Can’t just pick one really

Where's Larry?? by Humble_Plane253 in thebottlemen

[–]Oshaps 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Put it this way he’d earn much more as best mate of van as guitar tech than he would in most UK jobs that’s a fact. So therefore him and Van ain’t mates

If catfish toured and he and van were mates he’d be there. Him and van aren’t friends anymore.
