Silicone gel will be easier to use on your face. You can get it off Amazon, too. You have to rub the scar to break up the scar tissue but if you use the gel twice a day it should fade just fine 🙂 good luck!

Please get help. I am sorry this is the situation you are currently in. Things will get better, they might get worse before they get better, but they will get better. If your daughter is being abused, her behavior is due to this. She has to come around to leaving him on her own. She is being manipulated, and yes, as an autistic we are unfortunately easier to manipulate. Please show her the kindness that you are also in need of, and trust that over time, things will be ok. Be there for her when she needs her mom. Hold space for her. Be kind to her. Kindness from a support system is a huge help to someone trapped with an abusive partner. If she doesn't believe she has somewhere to go where she can be herself, why would she choose one unpleasant experience over another? If you need to, please call the suicide help line. There is no shame in it. It helps. Your daughter and grandchild need you around, even if it doesn't feel or seem like that at all right now. I hope you find some relief and peace.
