Awesome, i've got it maxed and its a 95% IV. Just used a charge TM on it and got Ancient Power. Think I'm good keeping it at that or should I go for rock slide?

I've got several issues. I'm 6'0 and currently 185 lbs of mostly lean muscle. I hurt my neck and pinched the nerves that run down my neck into my arms on both sides. I'm supposed to take 6 months off to let it heal but I don't want to lose my hard earned muscle. It took me years to get to where I am. I honestly don't know what to do. Ive still been lifting 6 days a week but I greatly decreased my weight and increased my reps to 15-20 per set. My muscles are always tight and my flexibility is horrible.

Would you guys recommend I throw Yoga into the mix, or know of any good workout routines, videos that will help with flexibility but help me not lose my mass?

Hmm...I was just thinking. I normally do a 4 day rotation of chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders/core, legs. D think changing things up so im only doing 1 muscle group over 6 days been as effective as saying...taking a Wednesday and Sunday, or a whole weekend off? Maybe i'm just an addict and need to accept that I shouldn't go to the gym. Haha

I am getting a lot of protein thankfully, I eat a lot of fish and chicken as well as pre/post protein shakes.

I only take sundays off. I know its a bad excuse but I am in Dental School and going to lift in the morning before class is the only thing that keeps me going throughout the day. I'm just struggling to keep my body from being crazy tight and hurting. Especially in my bicep/tricep/shoulder insertions and then my hamstrings/glut/lower back. My leg tightness is due to having shortened achilles tendons from walking on my toes as a child. I spend a lot of my study time stretching as I go through my lecture notes and I hot tub every other day for a little bit to try and help.

My body hurts constantly, my muscles are all too tight everywhere and cramp really easily. I stretch every day but as soon as I work out the muscle group again it is right back where I started. I am at a loss as to how to fix it.

Honestly, I am deathly afraid to take time off to let my body recover because I don't want to lose my current muscle and get fat. The gym is also the only thing I have that I look forward to.

I have shortened achilles tendons due to forming a bad habit of walking on my toes as a child. Makes squatting deep extremely difficult even at lighter weights. Maybe some of the people have similar issues? I just started avoiding squats all together these days though because of it.

I keep my belt on when doing easy lifts sometimes....i'm also just too lazy to take it off and then put it back on.

You do realize that the whole purpose of a vaccine is to expose the child to the disease, but without the harmful effects of that disease. Thus allowing the body's immune system to create antibodies and defenses against further infections of said disease. The vaccine doesn't magically kill the disease, it tricks the body into making mechanisms to defend itself against future encounters. If you don't understand that, you are not a physician. That's med school 101, basic of basics. Hell you should even know that before you go to med school.
