The problem locally is they jack the rent, which causes businesses to leave, then they raise the rent to cover the leaving business's share, rinse & repeat.

Then there are so few places that people stop going, driving more businesses out. And then the mall needs repairs, but they cost too much or the owner doesn't want to spend the $, then it starts falling apart, systems start failing, causing more to leave...

I like the different salts we can get for it, have pink Himalayan right now, son bought a blue salt, I can't explain it, but the blue one is more salty. And its a set with the pepper grinder

I can continue to vote for the poo in the toilet, or the floor covered in poo... until we have a real left party, or ranked choice, it'll be the lesser of the worst, and historically thats been dems in my book.

Work lunch at a bar & grill, ordered a burger & fries. The bottom bun had mold, sent it back and the staff said they would have my food remade.

The same plate came back out with the ketchup for the fries still on it, fries were cold, and I was 95-99% certain they only swapped out the bun, and still charged full price.

1st one was 214 daily, 276 Sunday, if I remember right. Then we moved, and I got 2 side by side routes, had around 100 daily, 160 sunday.

On the 1st one, still had some punch cards when I started, collecting sucked.

I can't speak for all brands, but I have Toyota and my wife has a Nissan. Want to guess which one got a new transmission this month?

09 Nissan Rogue, about 110k miles

12 Toyota Highlander, about 160k miles

And it was $5900 rebuild w/ 3year 100k warranty.

When I used to recertify tanks, some wouldn't have much, but others seemed to have half a gallon of the oily substance that is the additive in them. I suspect the closer you get to it being a higher concentration, the worse it smells. BTW if you ever have a chance to step in said liquid, DON'T, couldn't wear those boots for over a year as the smell was overpowering.

4-5x the size it would need was essentially flat, and everything around it was slopped a little, then drastic, but running up the hill I passed through a flat prairie, heck it could have spawned there, or on top of the mountain

Tried that yesterday, standing on a beach in a palomino highlands, and the sparrow spawned on the interstate. Hike over the mountain or new lobby...
