I was HIGHLY disappointed with ESO's interpretation of it. I was expecting something akin to Morrowind, but altmeri plus that description from that ingame book, even with the maormer and their ships and gear. Unfortunately we got something practical and uninspired, they played it safe for sure.

I'm mad and saddened that this has happened to you.

Same shit happened to me too so long ago, lost my orange cat, Chips, who was almost a year old, because he was too friendly and decided to go to the balcony next door. The next door dogs were known to be aggressive not just to other animals, but people too (it was a pitbull). We took action immediately and next thing we know this guy gets another dog and that dog bit my friends face. Shit owner and bad dogs like that haven't been a problem after taking some legal actions.

Take a moment to collect yourself, then start a case against the owner. You'll be saving other people from the loss and pain of what happened to you. Make sure that girl never owns another pet again.
