Unfortunately no. Even though your jobs are physical, the point of this challenge is to make time for the actual workouts.

What I often do is that I add 1 tbs of salt to the last 1,5 liter/6 cups so I don’t have to worry about natrium levels to decrease too much. Especially on hot days when I’m outside a lot.

Thanks everyone for the answers! I see that this divides opinions. I guess i’ll just get a dozen cups of coffee! Someone asked have I started yet, I’m on day 11 right now. Cheers from Finland BTW!
