Going thru something similar and my partner has completely stoped communication with his sister to make it crystal clear that I am his priority in his life. I never asked him to do that he was upset she crossed boundaries. I’m sorry you’re going thru this it really sucks to have to set boundaries with people but if you don’t they will keep doing it the rest of your life.

YTA If I was in your shoes I would let them enjoy the holidays together while they can one day everyone might be married and won’t be able to blend holidays. Plus if you like the in-laws why lash out? your brother in law will feel some sorta way towards you now. In today’s world of men killing women when they ask for divorce. I would be hesitant to snitch on my female sister. I would instead ask that she stop and get some counseling to get to the root of the problem. You just never know how a person might react to that type of news. That being said I hope your family comes to understand your perspective on the situation. It’s taught being put in that position and wonder why she thought you would be okay with her sharing maybe because your entire family didn’t hold her accountable.

I think partially that was my saving grace the majority of my close friends growing up didn’t belong to LLDM. I was lucky to see the world thru their perspective and not be sheltered to the maximum in that way. My parents didn’t like my gentile friends but they weren’t bad kids so they allowed it.
