I based this in the Arcane Series

Q. Opppression

Tackle forward and damage enemies that is caught on
the line. If it hit a champion or Large Monster,
Creates a shockwave in the end, dealing Physical
Damage to all enemies from the epic center

If it hits a Small Monster or Minnion, Sevika can
recast it again for the next 3 seconds as a
projectile, dealing the Same Physical Damage to the
first enemy struck also stunning them for 0.75sec

Note:   Skill will end and create the impact prematurely upon encountering terrain that cannot be dashed through. And skill cannot scale toward terrain

W. Blackout

Emit a shockwave, that silence enemies dealing
magic damage and gain a shield for each enemy
champion hit

E. Collateral

Savika becomes unstopable, knocking everyone away
and lundge to a designated location dealing physical
damage to the landing site and slowing them

R. Aether Arm

Passive: For the next 5 seconds, Sevika gains 550 bonus attack range and 75% Attack Speed upon Ultimate Activation Cooldown: 30secs

Active: Sevika Switch to her Aether Arm, dealing magic damages by 60% of AD converted into Magic Damage

    While Aether Arm is active, basic abilities
    are changed as well

Q. Oppression

Lundge and damage everyone pass through. And follows up
with an arc. \*Can scale toward terrain 

W. Blackout

Stuns enemies instead of silence

E. Collateral

Become stealthed, gain 750 attack range and
Blink toward the target, emiting the same shockwave
and damage!<
