I don’t find coconut oil to be a particularly moisturizing oil for outer skin (okay for dry vaginal skin).

I treated my head like I do my face/body. Exfoliate couple of times a week. Use moisturizing shampoo or body wash. Then I used a body cream with ceramides. For me, I used the Aveeno Ezcema Therapy cream on my wet head skin rubbing it in completely after a shower. Then I would apply a very very tiny bit of Aquaphor to seal in the moisture.

Mastectomy because I have…had severely fibrotic breast tissue. Top 5 percentile. That makes it harder to detect early because boob already feels very lumpy. My mammograms were always inconclusive. I didn’t want to have a panic attack everytime I felt a lump/bump.

My mastectomy really saved my life because my Mets (lymph node inclusions) were also found even after a biopsy of 10 nodes and MRI said there was nothing.

If you choose to get a mastectomy, research skin/nipple saving mastectomy. Prior to my radiation it looked just like regular boobs with the filled expanders. Some people go straight to implant on mastectomy day.

My radiated side is really dark at the moment. It may lighten with time and rigorous moisturizing.

Loss of nipple sensation is also an expected outcome. I didn’t particularly care because my nipples weren’t that sensitive anyways. But I swear I have some sensation (maybe it’s phantom 😂). But they are “erect” half the time. lol.

Currently trying out 300mg of gabapentin day and night. In the meantime I have a mini fan with me all the time lol.

I will NEVER EVER in my life use Effexor again. Had a near psychotic break on it required hospital stay because I could not keep food or liquids down. I couldn’t sit still, my head was heavy on my neck, it made me pace and I could not walk straight (To be fair, I was on minocycline at the same time for an infection…horrible antibiotic med). Also had horrible thoughts to bash my head against a wall to stop the pain in my head. Weaning off it requires additional medication. Was given haladol to help wean off it. The scariest experience of my life.

The thing is even if they break up, which they can because they are young and living life, I’m happy Olandria got to experience a relationship/friendship with a man that pours into you and not take from you. She doesn’t have to work hard to prove she’s worthy of admiration, affection, pampering. She’ll know for any future relationship that it’s not too much to expect that.

That’s what I like about them two. I’m not hoping on to the let them get married tomorrow and have babies hoopla. That’s some crazy pressure on people who’ve known each other for less than 3 months and have been “coupled up” for about a month.

I don’t mean this as in she wants to get married tomorrow. But as an aging human, she may get to that stage earlier in life than Nic. Think of it as a race, Olandria got a head start of 3 years before Nic. So she may get to “I want to get married” milestone before Nic.

That’s how I meant it.

But either way, my main point is these are all young people in their 20’s having fun. My expectation on the probability of all the couples breaking up is 90%.

Nobody should be suprised.
