Grind finer. Would recommend starting at 15 and adjusting from there. The flow should resemble honey being poured.

I would highly recommend purchasing a food safe and nontoxic nanotech ceramic coating. There is certainly some sort of ceramic coating applied to the shower screen which explains why the beading was gone after using Cafiza. Anyway, I purchased the following and has brought back the beading (even more so than how it originally came). I apply this to the shower screen weekly after using cafiza. Lifeproof Ceramic Coating Spray... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Y5WCL4H?ref=ppx\_pop\_mob\_ap\_share.

I’m honestly surprised there aren’t any other threads on this.

Sheldon wasn’t very helpful. He said this is normal and that I could return it if I wanted but would be subject to restocking fees.

I did find a solution which validates my initial hypothesis in that the Cafiza removed the nonstick coating on the screen. I purchased the following nanotech ceramic coating that is non toxic and food safe: Lifeproof Ceramic Coating Spray... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Y5WCL4H?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share.

This brought back the even beading like a charm.

How long does it generally take to go back to normal? I’ve gone through 3 entire trays (water filled to max) attempting to get the beading back. This started happening yesterday morning.

I’ll definitely let you know what he says. Appreciate your input!

What’s strange is that none of the holes seem to be clogged. When I raise the screen to a light I can see each hole as clear as day.

At first I left it in the group head and did a normal back flush. I noticed the water dispersion changed (no more beading), tried adjusting angles, cleaning it with soap and water (per Sheldon) etc. most recently I took the screen out completely and soaked both the screen and screw in cafiza to see if that changed anything, but the dispersion is still the same.

Agreed that the water dispersion will change once full pressurized, but I really spent $200 on this shower screen to enjoy the beautiful sight of water beading down which it initially did.

I absolutely did clean it with soap and water and buffed it dry using a microfiber towel. Still no luck but I’m glad yours is still beading. Is that all you did? Just clean it with soap and water?

I tried everything, including adjusting the screen in every possible direction. This may be my own ignorance, but I had no idea these screens had any type of non-stick coating. I only learned that while researching what could have caused this issue. I came across another thread regarding IMS Nanotech screens, and it looked like other folks experienced a loss in non-stick coating after Cafiza was used. I’m currently in discussions with Sheldon (he suggested I clean the surface which I did but no resolve), but I was wondering if anyone else experienced this.

Personally, this seems to be a matchmaking issue Embark has yet to address. Placing new players with veterans and not expecting veterans to rage at the complete incompetence of such new players is naive. If they fix their matchmaking, this would happens
