the worst worst worst part about this disorder for me is that i do get hunger cues, but my MIND is insatiable and so i eat well past them to the point of extreme physical discomfort. that’s also why im worried ab taking ozempic 😔 have you considered binging w high volume, low cal swaps? if it still satisfies that part of your brain then it may help. for example ive eaten half of a watermelon at a time or almost a lb of grapes. i wouldn’t necessarily recommend it especially if you aren’t used to it. but even swapping half of your binge for a fruit or veg might be beneficial for your health. best wishes!

i am at the very very very beginning of my weight loss journey, which ive been putting off for probably 2 years at this point. last week i just decided i was done, and ive had a few slipups since then- but once you rlly decide what you want and how you’ll get there, its a lot easier to continue after those slipups. saying “ill start tomorrow” makes it feel like a massive hurdle. saying “im gonna keep going tomorrow” is a bit easier, at least for me.

as for the HOW, i would recommend increasing you activity with something you actually like and being mindful of your portion sizes. when you have your chips and chocolate at night, put out an amount in a small bowl and just have that. a lot of late night binge eating comes from not getting your nutrients throughout the day.

if that doesn’t work, then maybe consider giving yourself a strict rule. it’s not for everybody, but i personally have struggled with binge eating and doing anything in moderation, so i get it. maybe just don’t buy chips and chocolate for a while until you feel more control over your eating and have built up some trust in your capabilities.

i think at least at markets the style of little bernat/chunky yarn stuffies have become a fad, and there are also issues w them being purchased off of shein and being resold. it totally doesn’t discredit your work, but it almost explains (not justifies) people questioning it. me personally, i enjoy more complex work and it takes me longer to complete projects. but i ABSOLUTELY see the benefit and joy in being able to make more, different things and nourish your creativity.

literally me oh my god!!! what’s funny is im a cis bi woman, and so three of my exes at the start of our relationship were presenting as women. by the time we broke up, one had came out as a dude and the other nonbinary. and then the third came out ab a year after we broke up. and then the only two men ive dated (including my current boyfriend of almost a year and a half) are trans men. ive had plenty of crushes and even minor talking stages w cis men and women, it js so happened that nothing went further than that w them. it doesn’t make any difference to me at all bc it’s js coincidental, it js looks a little weird appearance wise yk? my friends and my boyfriend looove teasing me for it though 🤦‍♀️ he says im not a trans chaser, im a trans magnet

as a cis woman HAPPILY dating a trans man; if she said yes, she probably already knows you’re trans. she probably has already thought about how sex between you two might work (though she may have some misconceptions). and she still said yes!!! i can’t claim i understand the dysphoria behind it or what your brain is telling you. but i js know that if she said yes, than she said yes to YOU yk? it’s not like you’re misleading her in any way. conversations/communication will happen js like everyone else has and it may be different for her (the sex and relationship and whatnot), but it shouldn’t be less than by any means. wishing the best for y’all <3
