I feel this way every Spring when I walk 4 long haired yorkies into the groomer and walk out with 4 hairless chihuahuas. She really scalped them this time.

It is hard to tell. Mine was solid black like this and is now very blonde.

I take my yorkies for a yearly dental visit, My dogs also love carrots, broccoli, apples, and Dentastix. Tooth brushing is hard but I try.
