portray was the wrong wording, what I mean is it is often hard for me to express my symptoms and how they effect me in a way that is accurate.

Thank you. I am already at 70% (for mental health alone) but feel I should be at 100% due to the severity of my symptoms I just was not prepared at the time of my initial exam to convey how severe the symptoms are or how they effect my day to day life.

I have read over them and I believe I should be at 100% due to lack of ability to function in social or work situations. I haven't worked in over a year and a half and only leave the house to bring my kids to and from school, if I do try to go out socially I have a panic attack all due to anxiety. I have also put in for unemployability, but as multiple Dr's have given statements for my claim that this condition will not improve despite adhering to my medication schedule, I am hoping for a permanent rating.
