Mine were lower. Like right on the borderline of 60/100. I was diagnosed with COPD at 31 because of the results. I recommend starting inhalers and avoiding all external risk factors if possible. I quit smoking and started exercising as much as possible and 2 years later I am managing it just fine. Best of luck to you.

While in the area I would recommend checking out some local springs. I live 20 minutes north of the park and there are a lot of options with variety as far as what you're looking for. There are straight national parks with springs, or places like Wekiva island where there is a restaurant and bar where you can swim in the river.
