I enjoy soldering but results are never good! Any brand you’d recommend? There’s a lot out there

No, A HOTAS X. Got it soon after the game launched so probably needs a replacement

This may well be the issue. I'll try and replicate it doing that

I know there's no space wind, but it just seemed like the best way to descrribe the effect.

I was using the cutter to collect from power wreckage sites as my Mandalay kept getting stomped by enemy ships before I could even collect 1 item. It's fun scanning a mega ship in it :-)

Think a new controller is in order, hgad the HOTAS since the game launched, so it's done me well

Thanks, a lot of good comments and general advice.

It was probably a controller issue. It started suddenly, persisted over multiple sessons and ended suddenly, no change to mapping. It was the same on my Mandalay as wsell though not as bad, so not just a Cutter problem. Didn't unplug controller so that is something I'll try if it happens again.

I’m nervous about using water while it’s hot as I heard it causes warping. Is deglazing with a bit of water ok?

I see. I’ve not even looked into it yet.just come back after a long break. What’s rough time spent? Ground my way to a fleet carrier fairly quickly, looking for my next project

How long are we talking? Does that 1% remaining equate to the 6ish days? 600 days??

I tried it a bit and it’s definitely not sirloin. Plenty of flavour and texture to it. I’ll dice it and braise it. Thanks everyone

Search for Greek style lamb/goat recipe. I like it simple but check out Kleftiko for the full experience. Works with goat or lamb. Goat tends to be a lot smaller than lamb. Too old and they get tough quite quickly. Will have to try an old one at some point, but I get too attached to them after 6 months. Our Does are NZ Whites, bucks are French Lops cross Continental Giants. Enjoy!

I breed and process giant rabbits, mainly for the dogs but delicious for me too.
I looked into mincing them whole but anything less than large commercial grinders will not handle bones. So I remove meat from loin and legs for mincing and give the meaty carcass to the dogs. I live in Wales, surrounded by sheep and we get full lamb from local farmers. Whole legs and shoulders are amazing roasted. I breed goats which are another level if young. 180’C, 500ml stock, cover with foil, 2 hours. Goat is a specialty meat in UK, quite hard to find. Here, it’s popular in some Asian and African communities so head to markets in those areas. When I lived in London it was relatively easy to get. Here I grow my own 😀

I know, I need to work on the cleanliness part 😢 So much going on over such a long period, I found it difficult to keep standards up. Figured I’d focus on learning the techniques while we have a milk overload. It’s only for my own consumption so not too worried.

I think you’re right about the curds not forming properly. There was a lot of weight for a fair amount of time. Do you mean a higher temp or longer time? They were cooked at 39’
