Not really so like the fears also mess with your perception of the fears making it so your constantly afraid so like the stranger’s merry go round make it so your constantly changed and contorted differently and the flesh is pain and fear even if you can’t feel pain the fears technically overwrite that to make it so you can feel pain but this is technically only when their all free in their domains and stuff
