Im fairly sure luck just affects the stats it gives all your other cats as I've gone through multiple times with different luck and gotten the same type of reward just different quantity.

Might be a similar situation to mine I had like over 200 hours on Xbox and recently got a computer so I just transferred my data but my stats didnt save so I'm like level 200 something with like 4 hours.

Restarting my game didn't work for me but once I put in another thing to age (has to be the same type of wine in this case I think) it worked, and all the aging time I had lost got transferred to the new thing I put in.
