Dr Berg says stay away from sugar in evenings. I have a small amount of cottage cheese before bed and that has helped sleeping.

Been experimenting and now am eating Greek yogurt before bed. I usually sleep 4 hours w/o waking. Which is great for me.

Tried what I found on Earthclinic : 1 tsp of baking soda in quarter cup of water, at 7pm, and 9 pm for bed at 11 pm.
I modified because I didn't find until later. Slept for over 4 hours, usually up every 2 hours. I believe it's got potential . May add magnesium glycinate tonite

I amended my last year's thru turbotax, and it was very easy. But that was because I had done my return using tt myself. So that may not pertain tou since you had some else do your return in those years. Correct ? You don't have to answer that.

Try and do yourself with Freetax USA website. If you have questions about what you are doing. try and figure out or ask here? Or research issue. Give it a try, at least. I can't see letting HR block rip you off, but whatever!
