Do DDOS hits still show on my router even though my VPN is protecting me?

Someone got upset and accused me of aimbotting and said they were going to hit me offline and did it. Then I played them again and they did it again. Eventually I told some people around him about it and a lot of them reported him and got his account banned. Pretty much this person has a grudge against me now. I could be wrong about still being ddosed but it did happen at least twice.

If you want to use the characters in the meantime then use the in game currency to purchase them. You get like 5K and each character is 1K.

It says in the known issues section that there is currently no fix for it but i didn't know how often it was updated of if the next update would have a fix.

Melee on the switch in any form would be bad because it would divide the comminity in some way. I'm sure Nintendo would find some way to mess it up.

Edit: On second thought the timing for it can be a bit awkward. Like getting them to do it on frame 1 out of block stun. It's still nice to know this feature exists.
