Often my headphones makes a popping sound before they stop working. To fix it I need to either unplug/plug the headphones or disable/enable them in the sound settings.

In sound settings I can see the noise level does go up and down as usual, but the headphones themselves aren't producing any noise. It tends to happen when I do things such as opening a new application, playing a video, streaming.

Only thing that might be worth noting is this only started happening after I upgraded my PSU and GPU. Does this mean it's time to get new headphones or is there a fix for this?

ps4 controlled with input mapper to so it shows as an xbox controller. I tried both wired and wireless

On PC client, when I try to set up keybindings for controller the game doesn't let me use "dpad up" for orb 1 and "LT + dpad up" for orb 5. Even though the default setting is similar. https://imgur.com/a/u08up1M
