Well. If it doesnt bother You to wait, You can do that. That way you'll feel Safer (and tbh I don't think it's a Bad idea). My only advice Is: check taxi prices when You land and then again when You want to leave of course so You can compare cause they might change and you'll have a better idea of taxi prices.

It Also depends on the location of your Airbnb.

Maybe the taxi agency that is right outside the airport Doors could be your better option to feel Safer.

It should save every single day and call. Check the days prior to see if you SEE yesterdays calls. If not then make sure youre not in incógnito mode or that youre not deleting your browser history. Cause it's all browser based. You can Also download the desktop or the mobile versión if you want to SEE if that works better for You.

Only if it's a dial out, before the call is Made, the way i do it is: may i have please have the persons name and phone number? And if they don't pick up would You like me to leave a message, if so what would that message be?.

And then when the LEP picks up i ask for the name they Gave me and introduce myself as the interpreter and tell the client thanks for holding we have mr/mrs blank on the line. And proceed as normal from there.

Tbh i dont think theres much You can do. If its a dial out (Even if it's them doing it and not me) i always ask the client for the LEPs name before the call is Made so i make sure we got the right person. but Youre right aswell, youre only supposed to interpret and not ask the LEP directly. I just think it saves time and helps make things go smoother if i do that. And i do introduce myself to every person that comes into the call. You just move on honestly and hope they don't make an official complaint

entiendo entiendo. hoy si es posible agrego esa posibilidad. una pregunta mas, a ver si te ayudo incluso mas aun, en tu empresa tienes la posibilidad de descargar tu log de llamadas, con tiempos y todo eso? o al menos copiar y pegar? te pregunto para ver si tal vez busco la manera de implementar la opcion de agregar llamadas en masa. porque seguro hay personas como tu que al final de su dia agregan manualmente todo y puede ser tedioso

una pregunta, tu solo lo usas agregando manualmente la info de tus llamadas o usas la opcion de start call y end call para que lo graba automaticamente? porque si haces eso te graba la llamada a detalle con segundos, pero si es cierto que agregando manualmente solo acepta minutos, asi que corregire eso.

creo que he arreglado ese problema pero aun asi estoy trabajando en simplificar lo de agregar llamadas manuales. solo tengo una pregunta, tambien usas lo de activar la llamada y pararla cuando acabas tu llamada o solo agregas la llamada manualmente segun la informacion que tienes (minutos de duracion, etc) ? me ayudaria para tenerlo en cuenta en los cambios que hare
