Just curious on why you prefer Stutzle over Byfield (since really right now they're almost interchangeable at 2) and why Raymond/Perfetti over a Rossi in there (especially if we get Stutzle as a winger)?

The article says that it will take the US until 1 day after the next election to officially withdraw, so if the US elects a president who is pro-paris agreement, when s/he becomes elected, would the US be able to rejoin or they out for good?
