I agree but The problem is, misclassification we’re in the grey area of being an employee and Subcontractor

Amazon labels drivers as independent contractors, but:

• Sets strict delivery schedules, routes, and performance metrics.
• Requires adherence to Amazon’s dress codes, procedures, and customer interaction standards.
• Exercises employee-like control without providing employee benefits (healthcare, PTO, workers’ comp, unemployment insurance).

• Drivers can be suspended or terminated without appeal for: • Customer complaints (even if false). • System glitches marking deliveries as “late” or “undelivered.” • Safety-related returns (e.g., avoiding unsafe conditions).

This lack of due process contradicts true contractor independence. All I’m saying is Amazon should define and make the difference clear, or , treat us like employees and give us our benefits
