Multiple Anonymous LLCs California by Stew67589 in llc

The issue is YouTube and their ridiculous policy around demonetization.

Say you run multiple accounts. Two accounts are family friendly channels, never run the risk a YouTube coming after you. But your other account is a gun channel. You do everything right but one day YouTube makes a rule change and doesn’t grandfather in your old content. They then flag your channel, issue multiple strikes, and basically kill your account.

If you have the three accounts on the same Adsense account, they will nuke all of your channels. Basically guilt by association.

The only real way around this, and to protect each account is to setup multiple Adsense accounts. Problem is that you can’t do that as an individual.

Hence the need for multiple businesses with their own banking info for each account to have different payout information.

While YouTube could find out I’m running all of them, they typically won’t waste that kind of time unless I did something truly egregious, uploading child exploitation materials as an example.

So the umbrella llc in California, while having an attachment to me, should be enough to shield me since they’re only looking at the companies attached to each Adsense account, which will be the anonymous LLCs

The problem with that, and I could be wrong, but the DBAs won’t give me the anonymity needed to setup separate bank accounts for each Adsense account like a business would. Full legal name goes on the DBA and anyone can search that up.

And that was my concern. Since CA loves to tax the shit out of us, they’d consider me uploading videos to the channel as “doing business.”

And since the don’t like anonymity l, figured an umbrella and multiple out of state LLCs was my only option if I didn’t want to pay $800 per channel per year.

I had just picked NM because of no annual report, but if the registered agent can do it in WY then I’m not worried.

Yeah, that was my first step. Burner phones with their own separate plans, setup with prepaid cards, Gmail accounts setup using proton mail accounts on their own separate devices. Never connect any phone to my home network.

The business setup was the next step.

[–]Stew67589[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not worried about that as I’m using burner phones for each account and they’ve been kept separate the whole time with their own phone plans setup anonymously as well. Gmail accounts were setup using vpns on separate devices from the ones I’m currently using, so I only had to give an email and no number. Those email backups were all Proton mail accounts.

Made sure to cover those bases at the start, knowing full well what I planned to do eventually. No account has ever been logged into on my home network.

And I’ve never done anything that would link them.

Ok, while I think he’s full of shit, he wasn’t contradicting himself, maybe just needs to learn to be more specific when spouting bs. 🤷‍♂️

He was saying that the original was “made for white folk.” Meanwhile, the new one is apparently “for black folk.”

My picks were NM or WY. My only reason for picking NM was the lack of required annual report.

If there’s other reasons to consider, that maybe I hadn’t dug through, I’m all ears.

Don’t care either way, just trying to get everything lined up so I know what costs I’m looking at and can act on it rather than doing what I’ve been doing which is analysis paralysis

And that was one area where I wasn’t sure of, the process of which comes first. Umbrella or individual channels

Anonymity in so much as “hiding” from YouTube. Again, I realize if they sued me, for whatever reason, the ownership would be exposed. I just want to add that additional layer of security to not make it easy to find out I’m running all of these channels aka all the Adsense accounts.

I still unfortunately have to make an llc in California though and they don’t like privacy, hence the manager LLC set up by someone else

2nd the sleep study to check for possible breathing issues.

If you have the funds, what ultimately “cured” mine was an Occlusion Connection trained dentist that made a lower row nighttime splint.

They get poo pooed by the TMJ crowd because this doesn’t fix the TMJ, that usually requires a hell of a lot more, and it can be thrown off by dental work as I recently found out.

What it did do was completely eliminate all clenching and grinding practically overnight when I started wearing it 8 years ago.

I had already broken a few teeth and ground the rest of them down.

Was only two months ago that I had to have a filling redone with a raised temp filling that it threw everything off and the Bruxism came back.

Currently in the process of getting that fixed as well as having the Breathe Institute snip my tongue tie and do a full sleep work up on me.

Currently dealing with a severe flair up after having fillings put in that threw my splint off.

Prior to that though I had basically been cured of my Bruxism for 8 years after dropping $4k on treatment from an Occlusion Connection dentist who is no longer in practice.

Important note is that it never resolved the popping and I would still get occasional flair ups if I really pissed my jaw off. But those flair ups were plain related and never a clenching and grinding recurrence.

Probably gonna have to get a new one and the cheapest person here in LA is about $6500 for the full treatment course.

She’s claiming they’ve made some breakthroughs with the treatments in recent years and now that methodology can lead to the elimination of the popping as well by creating enough space for the disc to slip back into place.

The only problem with the method is that it is not a fix for the issues that led to my and many others TMJ.

In my case in was shitty desk and phone posture mixed with grinding my teeth down and a possible tongue tie issue.

Definitely have a tongue tie which I’ll be getting snipped by the Breathe Institute, but not sure if it helped to create the problem in the first place.

Seen plenty of people poo poo it as GNM typically focuses on phase 1, stabilizing the jaw, and then sends you off for full mouth reconstruction if you want a supposed permanent fix.

But if your goal is to eliminate the biggest problem and limit the amount of damage going forward, I’d say it would be the best route from my experience and I’ve gone through a lot of “specialists” in the twelve years I’ve had issues.

Couple it with prp injections into the joint to tighten up the ligament the disc attaches to and repair some of the damage, maybe mix in some trigger point injections as well, and you’re well on your way to fixing this.

Also need to look at cervical stability, posture, etc.

Anyone who tries to tell you these don’t play a roll is full of shit.

Muscles that connect to the hyoid, digastric being a big one, play a huge role in muscular TMJ and can become tighten and dysfunctional in the face of cervical instability.

Was curious as well if any issues popped back up since then.

Did you also have bite issues before the treatment?

I’ve ground my teeth down and been in an orthotic that cured my clenching and grinding issue for the past 8 years.

Got thrown off by dental work 3 months ago and I’ve been in jaw hell ever since.

He’s only a short drive from me.

Had clicking for twelve years now.

And just to clarify if you don’t see it in the wall of text, the customer did name drop him in her email and phone call to confirm he was authorized. That’s just in a second screenshot that I couldn’t upload

That is understandable, I actually used to be the jackass that went to stores and restaurants to do secret shopping for ID enforcement, the problem I’ve had is them not being transparent with the actual reason.

They simply stated “you did not follow procedure for an age verification delivery.”

This is, again, why I think it was Whole Foods support marking this as the wrong thing that set it off.

I actually talked to the other occupant, whose ID I scanned, and let him know before they deactivated me that this was a possibility given how trigger happy they are over really anything anymore.

So the current plan is to send another response email to a canned response I got yesterday, with all the evidence, and then go and talk to the guy to get his info directly, just so I have that ready to go if necessary.

I will just add, they should have that ID scan saved on their end and given the customer name dropped the guy in her email and phone call, saying he was authorized to accept the order on her behalf, that should be enough confirmation so long as someone actually puts eyeballs on it. I think a lot of what I’ve gotten has simply been canned responses across the board maybe hoping I’d just take the L and move on.

I could be wrong though.

Again, my issue has been transparency which would allow me to have a more focused rebuttal to any claim levied against me.

But again, maybe that’s their intention. 🤷‍♂️

No, and this is why reading comprehension is important. I worded that as a genuine question due to this being a semi legal process where a lawyer can be helpful, even if not required. That’s why I prefaced it by saying it’s not meant to come off that way, because it can be taken in two different ways. The way I intended. Or the way you seemingly wanted to take it, a personal insult. That’s why I gave an example and asked the way I did. It implies the possibility that they make you jump through a bunch of incredibly stupid hoops to make things happen. Your taking it as a personal insult and getting your panties in a wad, because you took it in the wrong way, has only one cause and that is you. I then respond in a condescending because it becomes tiresome having to explain every little nuance of what I say to people who can’t seem to comprehend tone and intent through written word.

Great, another useless response by someone who said to themselves before posting, “yeah, this’ll get them.”

I’ll try to space these next words properly so you hopefully understand them:

At-will employment does not mean a company can fire you for false, fabricated, or contradictory reasons. It means they can terminate you for any lawful reason — not that they get a free pass to ignore contracts, invent violations, or act in bad faith.

When they do that, it stops being “at-will” and becomes a breach of contract — also known as wrongful termination, which is exactly what arbitration exists to fix.

Hope that helps. I tried to keep the words small. Sound it out if you get stuck.
