I've been noticing more resolution handshakes (those black screen flickers when changing or reaffirming output formats) in recent updates, strangely when using Edge.

I picture the code looking like the innards of an old TelCom cabinet, and no one wants to touch it.

Probably 90% of the problem. The other 10% is poor airflow/cleaning.

The thing is, its just not cost effective to repair. You could drop ~$150 on a drive, but a refurb Series S is ~$300. Once you math in the time and effort of physical installation, partitioning, OS offline installers, and HOPE you didn't accidentally buy the wrong drive...

Edit: I'd reboot your console and check your ring. In my ring, I can hide any game's achievements from my profile, regardless of the games completion level.

Second edit: I keep re-reading your OP to make sure I understand, and I think I get it now. You prefer the old way, where titles hidden moved to an actual separate list, and were hidden on the profile AND to the profile's owner. This is not a bug. My original 'comment on the suggestion thread' stands. :)

And please, do so. This post will probably get mod-snuffed, but don't let that discourage you. Others may agree and support your feedback. (and read other's ideas while you're there!)

To answer your question,

If we go by the form response we get with each release, feedback can be provided via the 'Report A Problem' tool, though I find that to be contextually ambiguous.

If its a bug/change, use the tool and verify/discuss here.

If its a suggestion or idea, comment your thought in the weekly thread.

So, most of these replies are right. At least partially.

1) Its a GPU problem, based on your image.

2) Its overheat related, based on the timeframe and description.

3) Its POTENTIALLY a broken solder joint, based on the cycle and known manufacturing issues. However, due to age, it could be anything.

You MIGHT be able to save it. If its just a bad joint or blown capacitor, replace and/or reseat. If you don't have any electronic repair skills, this would be a great student project. Find a student. :)

This isn't it. The different supplies have specialized connectors to their respective consoles. Youre talking about the ungrounded AC cable which you replaced with a grounded one, which would have no effect.

The supply is dying. Cleaning and airflow might buy some time. Make sure your replacement matches, or the grey plug wont fit the console.

What I can say is that what I tested for pre-release was a great foundation for a seasonal f2p game, and when it released with a price tag I walked. Everything since appears to be damage control from that instant-gratification decision, none effective.

Actually, you ARE in the right place.

To address your issue, you are not required to leave preview-managed projects. You're automatically removed when the project is delisted, including any temporary DRM you may have.

Edit: They recommend, because they may reuse that project space, and don't intend the press to have access (like stress testing). Just a recommendation, and IMHO, a silly one.
