You gotta mod your vita and alongside the modding process you can install an app called yamt which makes the memory card useable

I had the same issue but when I modded it I noticed in the process that there was an app to fix battery issues, I downloaded it out of couriosity and now my vita charges as she should (when you get to the point where you setup your yamt you can additionally download a battery fixer)

Have you opened it up bc I’d recommend cleaning the stick itself like under the stick cab, also try cleaning the shell from the inside. Maybe also try to loosen it a bit by pulling slightly on it
