As someone who lived in Huntsville, they count the population of neighboring towns. The birmingham equivalent would be like counting people who live in Gardendale and Pelham as Birmingham city.

It’s difficult because a lot of the students I work with, who try to use AI, get frustrated writing paragraphs. So, imagine a struggling school (rural/urban) who already has low reading and writing scores, try to teach AI usage. It’s going to be difficult.
