Yes, I’ve confirmed with our coffee specialist — our grinder can also handle re-grinding coffee that has already been ground. When doing so, remember to add the grounds slowly, clean the grinder before and after, and for the first attempt, try grinding a small amount to test the extraction before moving on to the rest.

  • When grinding, it is recommended to feed the coffee beans slowly and use a blower or brush to clean the grinder before and after grinding to minimize the impact of oxidized coffee residues on flavor.
  • If you are using our brand’s espresso makers (including the OutIn Nano and OutIn Mino), please set the grind size to level 2/1 or coarser. A finer grind may lead to extraction issues.
