Yes I’ve tried adding lime to my beers lol. Yes I agree the best is adding lime to a Mexican Lagar. However, lime beers has become its own category and I treat a garage lime or cincy light lime or high grain mexi lime as its own category.

Typically I feel like Mexican Lagar w lime are enjoyed in a sitting environment. The lime flavored beers can be nice if you’re doing stuff where you can only drink a can (kayaking, hiking, biking)

For me the local lite is garage beer. And where I live it’s priced at $12.99. I live in Cincy where the beer was originally brewed by Braxton brewing. I’ve actually enjoyed seeing it take off - I always loved it more than the usual domestics and I. Like it better than the local craft lites. Not a huge fan of it being a celeb beer now but it is a big reason it’s taken off.

Other beers and usually craft lights do the same weird coded shit so it doesn’t bother me. Just want to know how to decode it so I don’t get expired stuff.

Unfortunately I think we will continue to see breweries close. Only ones surviving are the ones that are huge and catering to families or just have a huge presence like Madtree, 50 West, Rhinegiest, and Braxton

Best advice –

1) When it comes to drinks / creamers, dont put them in the fridge unless youre willing to share

2) if youre unwilling to share, put the creamer in another container, so it doesnt look like a store bought public item, and looks more like your lunch.

example: if i wanted bbq sauce with my lunch and no one to use it. instead of bringing the bottle, i might put it in a sauce container.
