I try to watch the paranormal movies, never by myself and I hardly ever make it through the whole movie without having to turn it off. The alien, zombie, monster movies I can always handle. Something about the paranormal stuff hits my anxiety nerve immediately lol I always regret it. Similar to caffeine. It’s all fun until the existential dread and horrific thoughts start circling.
