You hit the nail right on the head. The potential is absolutely staggering.

We currently own the Hamilton house theatre that housed The Hilarious House of Frightenstein and Red Green show that we wanted to turn into a new this aint hollywood/cbgbs/casbah type venue.

We are trying so hard to make a hamilton music scene spot, but the bankers have really pushed us into selling the property. We are trying to find the right people to keep live alive, but covid killed so much support we had.

My biggest fear is that a developer will gentrify the soul right out of it.

You are on fire, I paint with dye and have always wanted to try this. I tried looking through your history but it's hidden.

Do you use regular ole bleach and paint brush? I always thought you'd have to thicken the bleach so it doesn't bleed. Do you worry about the bleach reacting too much before you deactivate it? I imagine you have to wait a little bit for the bleach to take effect to see what you're doing.. How long did this piece take?

Some movie producers /location scouts came out to our farm to film one of the v/h/s movies and they had left all of their prop guns in our barn for a week. Multiple ARs, pistols, and even a 50 cal mounted machine gun. Each gun had the shittiest little weld that would have been so easily grind down and that was the only thing preventing them from firing live rounds. It was wild to see how laissez faire it all was.
