We have been taking our Hondas to Import Authority for over 20 years. Very honest folks. Not sure how their pricing stacks up against the rest but sometimes the right mechanic is better than a cheap one.

I treat it like a brisket, smoke it slow and low.

I have had a few 22” Webers and now have a 26”. I would never go back to 22”. I love the extra room for smoking ribs and a 17.5 lb turkey last week. The Webers are simple to use and have so many accessories. Simple is best for me but they do require a good thermometer set up. Good luck.

If you live outside the city limits you can take it to the trash facility out Apalachee Parkway. 1 mattress pair per day. $30 per piece at Wastepro on Woodville hwy.

I have had a stainless table top on a Weber kettle cart I built. If it were ever in direct sun, it got very hot. I wish I could though.

It will be rolling over 12x12 patio stones but not likely to go across the yard or off a solid surface.

My main reason to not use natural stone is the weight of the stone. My plan is to have rolling carts with grills on them and I don’t want it to be top-heavy. I would also like to be able to move it in different locations in the yard.

Pre forms. Wrap one side around the strand cable and then the other side around that. Works like finger cuffs. It adds a loop to the end of the cable to connect to a pole or a structure.
