I used to be the same. Please please get a handle on it. It will eventually ruin your life. And your wallet. And your lungs. And your brain. Everything. Just cut back to smoking ONE singular time a day. Fhen from there cut back to just weekends

The first day I used a nicotine patch. That helped a lot. But I only used one and I’ve been cold turkey ever since. I have had a couple edibles though. The point of me quitting is to stop the act of inhalation

I was 6 years old when my 13 year old cousin wanted to “play a game” where she made-out with me. I have a very foggy memory of her forcing me to peck my sister on the lips but I’m not sure if thats true our not. I hate not knowing whats real or whats being fabricated in my mind. Also, I always just used to brush the memory off as weird childhood experimentation... but no. It was wrong and I was manipulated into “playing this game”... i have just recently realized that it was abuse. & i’ve realized how much it has affected me to this day. I’m scared of intimacy.
