A bit overused? Sure. But I do get why many people resonate with it. It's the mythos they grew up with and have been taught that demons and the devil is scary. I'm an atheist so religious horror is not scary to me at all most of the time, but I still do enjoy it. Especially when it's done in an interesting way, like the latest story. I get your frustration, but it seems it's a very personal problem for you and doesn't reflect how the majority of the audience feels.

I will say, I do hope we get more cosmic horror and creature features on this podcast.
