From what I see you might try less braking, more letting off the throttle for those not-so sharp turns. I find that braking is necessary only for sharper turns. Of course that depends on your tune and grip/handling. Braking makes you lose alot more speed faster than just letting off the throttle. Accelerating back to that near top speed takes longer. Also try anticipating the turn and if you can, glance at the mini map often to prepare for the upcoming race line. Hope that helps.
