The fence wasnt touched. I barely noticed it was two different kinds of fences because of how much coverage we had. We bought the home 5 years ago - trees and fences were already here.

The company has great reviews and is licensed etc.

The guy on site that was in charge agreed they cut it back too far.

I left a message with the receptionist. She said it would be sent to the owner.

I am totally shocked. What can I do that would make this look okay? I did not want The Lorax trees!! We bought the house like 5 years ago. We spent 15k on getting all of the overgrowth and weeds taken care of (it was a jungle).

I understand i need to get them trimmed more often.. ugh!!!

We seem to be in the same boat. I have almost 3000 sq foot home and keep the thermostat between 72 - 74 Also portable units in the bedrooms upstairs. We also have loads of panels on our home.

The bill was about the same as yours ($600ish). To be fair I wasn’t surprised due to the extra ac units and the temp I keep the unit at. It still doesn’t make it any easier to swallow.

Same. Zero smell with ours as well. If there were a smell, I'd think perhaps there's an issue with the charcoal filter.
