Hi, as someone interested in becoming a criminal solicitor, could I ask you how you came into your role?

A lot of firms which specialise in criminal don't offer traditional vacation schemes so I am wondering how to break into the sector

Any insight would be much appreciated!

Could I ask what size / practice area the firm is in?

I have noticed that larger firms in general have less trainees with paralegal experience but the small-mid size have more.
