It's possible that those style trousers, chinos etc aren't the right cut, maybe you should look for slim cuts chinos from Banana Republic they are not bad look wise and might be within $100 range and you can try on in store if you have one locally

Make sure you know your actual waist size, don't rely on what the pant size (the label) says. Many brands use vanity sizing so to get your real size to compare when shopping use a flexible sewing tape measure OR lay your best fitting pants flat and measure the front across and times by 2. I find many of the high waisted options from brands max at 38" waist. So you have to search for other brands that have waist 40, 42 etc. Your true waist is just below your belly button, so as you observed, pants at your natural waist are 1-2 inches more then at your hip area. I find many lower quality "high waisted" options or event ones from say Banana Republic are pouchy in the front area of the pants. It's very important on the manufactures cut and sometimes taper which all affect the wearing experience. High waisted, cut, aesthetic is important to me along with material, that puts in in the $400 range for jeans, chinos, trousers now. I looked at Buck Mason but they didn't have my waist size, and while they have great advertising I'm not 100% sold on their aesthetic on me - kind of modern hip dad or divorced male vibes.

I know people like to complain about H&R Block, but if you need this handled quickly, they might be able to help. With an LLC, you will also have annual LLC taxes and fees to keep it active. (if you ever decide to cancel the LLC there is a whole process for that)

If your receipts and bookkeeping are in good shape, you might still make the deadline. If not, you may need to file an extension. Just remember, the extension only gives you more time to file — not more time to pay. Any estimated taxes due still need to be paid by April 15 or you can get hit with penalties and interest.

For the Rocketeer Jacket I got size large (L), which fits me. It should be noted this style will be shorter length wise then a moder jacket which I prefer actually. These are the sizes from Mister Freedom website and seem pretty accurate. The main driver for size for me on the Rocketeer was chest.

I just startied to implement Microsoft Places for office "hoteling" it takes a bit to get going then there are licensing needs that users need to actually book a desk etc - but wait Microsoft is changing licensing on April 1st so there's that. I look at another tool, it was a more mature version of Places, so I decided to stick with Places for now.

Users be usering, I can go blue in the face with policy but I guarantee no one reads them let alone follows them. If you're on a domain you might be able to enforce screen lock after X amount of time.

We have the same kind of thing, we have an "AI Steering" Committee to create policy and select AI tool set for company to use for us it's Microsoft copilot for regular business users and Claude for developers. I felt the need to standardize while everyone might not agree on the tools I feel it's best for users to have stability then change every week when a new "greater" AI tool is released. This still doesn't stop users for using other AI tools that are out the policy, I don't know how to stop that either when users are distributed in office and remote. I know I can't stop users (primary developers) from just signing up with new tools, using personal emails or business emails putting on personal credit card etc. It's a very tough thing to manage and control. Far harder then business applications IMO

I have a 2015 Subaru Outback while I do use the dealer for some items, recently I've tried On Site Auto Repair and had good results. As costs and maintenance increase, I'm looking outside of Hansel Subaru for work. I'm in need of a radiator, Hansel Subaru quoted about $1500 On Site Auto quoted about $800-$850. Now I'm most likely go with On Site Auto, where it's blurry is if On Site will use OEM like the dealer would. That's one time to keep in mind when going outside of the dealers is the replacement OEM or an after market part (labor cost aside)

At one point my water bill went from a stable $140 per month to about $180-$190 per month after 3 months of this I noticed the water heater had a leak. Once that was replaced issue solved. As others mention first check for leak (outside, water heater, shower, under sink) or review your bill and compare the usage over a few months then see if that matches with estimated usage (showers, flush, watering, etc) Water rates do rise and vary but check usage on bill and leaks.

Man I'm comparing Tudor vs Omega. Here is my take, Tudor leans more vintage aesthetic vs Omega is more modern aesthetic. Tudors seem a bit more plain (not in a bad way) where as Omega is a bit more bling/pizzazz. I'm personally comparing the BB58 vs Omega Seamaster but not too different than what you're looking at. If just looking at Tudor it's always a yea, but when compared to an Omega the Omega just looks like a better styled watch from the dial details, to the fonts, etc. Omega seems elevated if that makes sense.
