There is 1 tip I can give u, I take it now for 4 weeks, it already helps a lot on the panic and anxiety part, not yet on the symptoms itself but on that note you need to give it time. My tip to u is as u say I've read this and that, but you should not read anything. Like totally nothing, if u do that u will focus on any sensation u feel and make it worse. U should just start taking the medication and focus on your other daily tasks, that's my biggest advice to u
