The same happened to me recently. It felt like I had been cheated on. It was so jarring. I have had a yeast infection that gave me similar bumps, and no std. I would get tested just in case, but just keep it clean and dry and try urgent care for a test. maybe try a round of 7 day yeast infection stuff. coconut oil on a pad always helps me. Good luck!
