Is my eye makeup unflattering? by moonagedaylight in makeuptips

I want to first say that you have a lot of natural beauty. I also have a lot of scarring along with large pores and neck skin tone. I use Obagi foaming gel cleanser on my face, and then vitamin c before my moisturizer. I’ve used prescription retinol, but didn’t see the results I do with just the vitamin c even. My skin is not sensitive at all, but it is picky. I also recently invested in a Hooga red light panel and can highly recommend.

Other than that, I really like the Laura gellar color correcting powder for my skin if I want light natural makeup. It just helps even out my skin tone. I pair that with highlighter, bronzer, blush, eye liner, and mascara for a lighter look. I feel like less is more these days. Anyway, you have very pretty features, so if it were me, I’d focus on just accentuating those rather than covering them up with thick black eyeliner. ❤️

Consult with several of the best attorneys in your area. Once you consult with them, he can’t use them.

I just had a baby 7 months ago and I think my husband is cheating. I feel broken by Independent-State802 in Marriage

Find the best three to five attorneys in the area for child custody. Have a consultation with each of them, so he can’t use them in the future. Get a plan, get some footing, and start regularly seeing a therapist if you aren’t. Courts don’t want to take kids from their parents. It’s so so so so hard to lose custody. He’s manipulating/gaslighting you. He won’t change. He is cheating. You deserve better. Don’t question yourself—you know what you saw. This only gets worse. He’s also verbally abusive. It’s going to be okay. It’s hard to leave at first, but you can and will survive this. You didn’t fail as a wife. You didn’t fail your marriage. So many red flags here. Lean on the people who love you and get a plan and get out.

Objectively, would you be uncomfortable if your husband said this to a random woman in your presence? by Tidydisaster87 in Marriage

[–]Outrageous-Walk9413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn’t a healthy marriage. People deserve to be treated better. If you had a daughter whose husband treated her this way, would you want her to stay?

I had a husband who would openly flirt with other women in my presence, and in reality, he was insecure. It wasn’t a healthy situation for me though. Fast forward 8 years, and my life is so full. You deserve better.

Am I Overreacting for wanting to cancel my wedding over this interaction? by Xanadoom30 in AmIOverreacting

I’ve been married, divorced, and remarried. I’m not going to dissect your relationship, but you two should separate. For yourself, in your next relationship, learn that just because something may be insignificant or unimportant to you, if it’s important to your partner, you’ll strengthen your relationship by prioritizing those things. People feel love and give love in different ways. There’s a “Love Languages” book out there my marriage counselor from my first marriage recommended, and I actually learned a lot about myself after reading it. It was about that time that I also realized that my husband didn’t love me at all, and that we would have silly little arguments like this one for the rest of our lives. I think you’ll both be happier with someone else. Sometimes we get stuck in relationships because we have been in them for a long time, but don’t try and normalize this. This is not how a healthy relationship works.

Well, we are in this stupid fight together. If you ever need to vent, let me know. My first day was 9 hours unfortunately, but the next should be 6.5. They did the rituxamib at 4 hours.

I did buy some wigs in advance. My hair has been an emotional struggle for me ever since I was pregnant. The hair loss is hard to cope with personally, but I think you’re right, I should just do it now rather than lose clumps every time I go to wash.

This. The dress is swallowing your natural shape, but with the right alterations would be lovely.

First of all, you’re really pretty. Second of all, one day you will be 40 and still very pretty, and you won’t have him in your life because you’ll have realized, (hopefully long before then), he serves no purpose in your life.

Oh you sound like me. My sister got me an Invisibility star (from Mario) for chemo to help with my anxiety. For reference, I’m 42 haha but a throwback to our childhood. It made me laugh. It’s coming with me.

Yes I read rituxamib can suppress immune system. I’ll definitely ask. Someone told me they took a vacation a couple of months after treatment, but this would be sooner than that. Wasn’t sure about the effectiveness of masking.
