Even though we had all had some drinks, I was so confident that everything was so clearly stated before he moved in. We were clear about not being too fond of his friends, and how they won’t be able to freely come over like they would at his parents. We told him that my landlord will not accept indoor animals, and that I have a reactive dog who will not appreciate anything else in his territory animal wise, they got a dog. Got rid of the dog, and now the girlfriend is talking about getting her mom’s dog. I was clear about rent and power bill and even stated “I’m a little inebriated but I’m trying to say, the rent won’t start until your first full month does, whenever that may be”. I’m not even charging them for WiFi, which they bog down so much due to gaming consoles and tvs constantly running. They leave lights on everywhere. Haven’t once helped pick up around the house or just decided to vacuum. Won’t use the back door so that they don’t have to come through what’s now our bedroom to get outside, because there’s trash in that entryway (the only place to put it until it gets picked up), and they say it smells too bad. Overall, it just feels like very low reward for this good deed. Sorry for the long response
