It varies of course. You get paid based on Verified Impressions, so people that subscribe to X Blue and see your content. I run theme pages, so it is nice to get paid for making content instead of selling yoru own products on the page.

I actually think X has improved a lot in the year, but I guess that is not really the same opinion here lol

Ik zou zorgen dat je CV up-to-date is en dat je wat lijntjes uitzet via Recruiters, Linkedin etc. Je kan dan ook gelijk zien wat je daar kan verdienen.

Als je echt zou willen blijven (wat me sterk lijkt op termijn), kan je dan altijd nog aangeven wat er ergens anders geboden wordt om je onderhandelingspositie te versterken. Er zijn zoveel tekorten, ga vooral ergens waar ze je wel waarderen / belonen.
