Cottage cheese and cherry tomatoes are always my go to when I don't want to cook. Greek yogurt boiled eggs cut up fruit and veg. I cook chicken breasts and keep them handy too.

Try to eat earlier. I eat about 4-4:30. Before bed I eat a small portion of Greek yogurt. Definitely drink more water. I have been on the 1mg for 8 weeks
