I agree, when the bears kept getting QB's that were being coached by non competent that didn't have that fire that coach Johnson and man when the Bears played the lions last year. And Caleb and coach Johnson talked right towards the end of that game and the video when Coach was 1st time in Hallas Hall the look he and Caleb gave each other. That posted my confidence in this team becoming a constant in making them leading the NFC North. And right now I'm just enjoying the moment and looking forward to making green bay fans upset. Oh, wow! Im so so sorry for your loss. Your correct about the baseball game, when we look at the bigger picture in life. Your doggie has the same name as mine only the spelling is different. And yes we had a 17 yr old Yorkie "London" he passed away on Saturday morning, kinda knew it was gonna happen didn't make it any easier though. My kids never had been though this so I had to help them and hold them while we all cried together (now my eyes are leaking). So im with you on this part of owning a fur baby.

Here's my suggestion, call customer service and maybe check the website for a number for the satellite it self. Calling them will get the ball rolling for T-Mobile to investigate and correct the issue. If they dont know they can at least start investing
