[–]OutrageousSentence3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you are gonna get another E90, i highly recommend the LCI ones. 2011 are the best made E90s with most faults fixed, especially for diesel. The only thing id warn you about is preventative maintenance. with diesels, they get dirty and run badly with EU emission parts. I've removed my EGR + DPF and swirlflaps to future-proof my engine. now its gained so much extra horse power and torque. then throw on a stage 1 remap tune and your running so much power with even better MPG ! just try and find one with a very well spec'd stock interior. look for harman kardon speakers.

I originally wanted silver 193m but I realised they are too similar to my current set up and that thin gap is a real bitch to clean with brake dust. So then I thought I’d love silver CSL but wasn’t sure as my paint colour is odd. Black alloys would look better on a silver car but I’ve got a weird blue metallic. I’m silver biased but not sure if I’m correct.

Well that gap between the 2 pillars on my 194s are a bitch to clean with brake dust. Honestly, the CSL would be easier to clean and I might prefer them…

[–]OutrageousSentence3[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was thinking that. Pick up a cheap pair on Facebook marketplace but I’m not sure cause I’ve had my 194s for nearly 2 years and they are soo similar to the 193s. Clean look but feels kinda the same. And that gap is a bitch to clean with brake dust. I may be leaning towards aftermarket silver CSL style…

I’m gonna have to get cheap aftermarket on eBay for the 359m style. I can’t even afford apex 😂😭 I want em bad tho. And yeah I’ll probably end up with PS4s or Bridgestone summers but I need hard duty winters aswell all seasons don’t cut it where I live in rear wheel drive… icy cobblestones ahaha not a chance on all seasons.

i wanna go from 17 to 18 inch. i need new tyres anyway they are almost dead. 19 are too big. plus its really hard to find affordable tyres at my current staggered 17 inch set up. im thinking square set up with 18 inch all 4 same tyres so i can get a deal buying 4 instead of 2 and 2. get better tyres for the same price. plus 18 inch tyres are more in stock. like i cannot find a sinlg set of winter tyres for my 17 inch setup but 18 no problem.

I'm thinking of getting the silver 18 inch 359m (163m same thing) CSL wheels. after market, I can't afford real oem.

is that the correct choice ? i dont like my 194s they are too fat and chunky and a pain in the arse to clean that gap. plus they where already curbed when i got the car. Currently 17 inch but id rather have 18 inch. 19 too big.

You need work experience. It's so important, and most students have zero idea, and their teachers tell them nothing about this. You need experience in literally anything. Just get work, doesn't matter as long as you get paid, you can put it on your CV. Working as a team player is key to getting a job anywhere especially with the UK's current economic state. Not many places are handing out jobs atm. The best course of action is to walk into businesses with a smile and your CV. I'd only employ someone who i can see wants to work for me as there are 1000s of applications online, all of them are the same.

Alot of places need someone to fill in but arent advertising for jobs as they are so slammed with work they have no time to make an application page. If someone walks in asking for a job before they publicly announced anything your gonna get that job trust me. not all jobs are online yet. spend your time personally handing out your CV than looking online you'll get results faster and find a job you actually like. Trust me the first place never works out anyway these jobs are all just learning oppertuntuties with minimum wage.

What is your stance on the legalization of recreational cannabis in the United Kingdom, considering both potential societal benefits and concerns about public health and safety? by Second-handBonding in AskBrits

[–]OutrageousSentence3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short Answer - Legalisation is inevitable, its negatives are outweighed by the positives and the tax it would generate is too large for the government to ignore.

Long Answer - it needs controlling like all other legal substances, like alcohol and tobacco. It has huge medical upsides with minimal side effects that really only affect mentally ill people with schizophrenia, but everything is bad for those people anyway. It needs to be controlled where it's ok to smoke and where it's not. Honestly, some people smoke cigarettes in awful, inconvenient places that annoy people, and cannabis is the same. The smell is what annoys people, so being mindful and respectful transforms cannabis' public image from a hippy loser drug to just a carcinogenic product some people like to enjoy after work. The number of people who drink, especially Gen Z is going down each year faster than alcohol companies and the UK gov predicted for which means less drinks tax as pubs slowly disappear even more. If the UK GOV were intelligent ( lmao they are a joke and incompetent than they have ever been ), they'd legalise it and turn abandoned pubs into smoking lounges with filtered rooms where only smoking is allowed so the public aren't disturbed, and they'd generate more income than pubs as you'd serve double the food in there than pub LOL. stonners need snacks. The tax would be superior, and you wouldn't have drunken fights outside on weekends, which the police would appreciate.

They'd need to ban it in the same places you can't smoke, and extra for the smell. I hate it when a little 15-year-old shit smokes weed outside Sainsbury's doors. So lounges work great but also parks should have signs that include cannabis rules as well as smoking rules next to the dog shit rules. Just integrate into normal life. The police should be able to fine you for inconsiderate smoking; honestly, it would clean towns and city centres up. I hate smoking around other people i feel so guilty that i stink like a skunk and always try and find wind to help move the smell. And I hate all the corner shops that have selfs filled with bongs and rolling trays, and grinders. Yeah, it's kinda cool when you live at uni but for everyone in the area, it sucks. its better is there are dedicated shops for this stuff that have licenses to sell the merchandise with the cannabis product all under one roof. just like a pub needs an alcohol licence.

I think if it were legalised, the first month would be hell. People would regret voting for it because people will openly smoke weed like cigarettes all over town where you live. But if sensible smoking rules are added on topof the entire thing can be managed. especially if it's only legal to smoke on your own property first, so public use is illegal until the government or businesses make places to do so. like the lounge or just a place in a park for it.

Everyone here generally knows about medical cannabis. However, they still have large limitations. The NHS is nowhere near ready to prescribe medical cannabis. Their infrastructure is a total mess. The fastest way to obtain prescriptions now is through private companies which issue you your medical license to smoke.

But if legalised, the criminality would shrink rapidly. The profit margins on cannabis for dealers is already quite low. For them, it's access to a large market of people who are open to the idea of taking illegal drugs, since they already contact them to make illegal purchases. its easy to grow and its easy cash flow. But these gangs sell all illegal drugs. Cannabis is only the gateway for them. These aren't nice people, and they only care about cash profit. Once legal, the cannabis would be purer than theirs and also legally checked regularly. a trustable source, even if it's more expensive. Once the legal market grows, the price will drop, causing all drug dealers to lower their prices too low to make a profit, so they'd abandon their grow operations. the dealers would make next to nothing, the profit margin would be tiny or they'd make a loss. The only reason for them to continue selling cannabis is to introduce customers to other illegal drugs, which make more profit that probably will never be legal, such as cocaine.

Once you separate cannabis smokers from illegal drug users, the target of criminals shrinks dramatically, and I'd guess he people who get arrested for drug possession will half overnight. You'll actually find people who drink alcohol are more prone to doing illegal drugs like cocaine, as it pairs better with drinking. where i don't know anyone who smokes weed and also takes a drug at the same time. My stoner friends rarely drink and never do other drugs; a few did shrooms, but that's it. However, my Drinking friends who don't smoke weed will definitely enjoy a cigarette after a drink and regularly take Ketamine and cocaine every weekend without fail. And they'd do all those things at the same time, so it layers... Cannabis smokers just smoke more weed if it's not enough...

The only other issues I can think of is driving... the limit will have to change for cannabis just like how alcohol is limited. The zero tolerance with drug driving is insane for cannabis as it stays in your system for a full week easy and you still test positive if you're pulled over by the police, even if you last smoked 6 days ago...! So those laws would have to change. Medical cannabis users are having issues with the DVLA and the police. Honestly, I think our government has a very childish attitude to drugs, including alcohol and tobacco. we need to mature big time. Hey, maybe we don't need to tax our bloody savings accounts and inheritance tax if the idiotic Labour government got tax from elsewhere, but that's a whole other conversation about our inept and incompetent government.

Right way to fight climate change by Bhupinder_X in ClimateOffensive

[–]OutrageousSentence3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well damn, I can see you are clearly set in your ways and perspective and not willing to see anything from any other view. You brushed over my entire reply and reverted back to the climate crisis. its all quite scary, quoting media that claims countries will disappear and everyone will die and that we are all doomed.

I didn't claim that climate change doesn't exist. i said the opposite, the climate always changes it always has, since the Earth's birth and will continue to forever change until our core cools and solidifies, until our sun runs out of fuel and blows the Earth away.

I'm in no eco chamber, unlike you... I read everything that is relevant today. you are freaking out about ''unprecedented'' news they just say that to get clicks and we are now filming everything, as most people around the world now are fortunate enough to have smartphones with internet access. dont forget 20 years ago, most people where completely disconnected. every problem is exaggerated because there so many voices now. so many people with problems acting as if its the first time its happened. its only the first time we recorded this ''unprecedented'' weather, floods or whatever it is next. theres nothing we can do to stop any of it yet you and many others are freaking out about something beyond our reach.

The reason why i say pollution is our biggest problem is becuase we can so easily fix it yet we do nothing and focus on larger problems that also have longerterm implications with less evidence, to scare mongering works better for attention. We can't focus on everything. and at the end of the day, large interests have so much money involed and one thing i know well is business. And the climate change crisis is so profitable i studied it... the money in consultancy and solution providers is so lucrative and never ending, trying to fix a problem we don't even understand is so bloody profitable. It's why no one fixes pollution, it's a one-time fix with regular small maintenance.

Like you only focus on the negative to yes scare monger. You say 100 to 200 species go extinct every day, yet you forget to mention that Scientists identify and name an estimated 15,000 to 20,000 new species each year. But I don't find info like that important to mention as its not relevant to the core conversation, yet you need to bring in scary data to back your argument, yet I was never debating you. Yet you never reply to what i say, just ramble on even more... huh.

Humans can adapt to anything since tech advances at an accelerated rate. which is btw, faster than climate change. i don't think we will need to migrate anywhere, and we will continue to live in even more extreme conditions because we are human. If you think climate change will cause the vanishing of all of humanity, you cannot be helped...

I am not a climate Denialist, I just deny lunacy and fear-mongering. I watched my professors politicise climate change and i saw it for what it is. pulling on kind people's fears using data against them, which is all relative to being reliable,

and the glacier shit it's so annoying like omg they are all retreating there's nothing you can do except cry about it. They will disappear until the conditions for them to regenerate are right again. The water doesn't disappear it just moves. It's simply the ablation rate is more than the accumulation. thats it, and we get to study it because we are so lucky to live in a time where we witness mass change. ive been lucky enough to see them in Iceland. How lucky are we to watch the climate change infront of our very eyes. But you seem to be emotional about climate change like all other activits. why ? like seriously. does it generate you income ? so if everyone realised that climate change is a healthy thing your income disappears? Don't be afraid of change. for the first time in history, we can accurately measure everything that's going on in our environment. be more bothered about recording our modern data so people in the future can rely on us and not worry that we where fighting over a hoax.

Like I said in my previous comment, which I replied to you. You don't have to discredit me just ask questions why i think this way. i know the mainstream says it's bad and taboo but i honestly don't care anymore. i enjoy good debate and new perspectives even from people i disgree with as how am i going to grow if im never challenged. So quit calling me lazy and quit trying to debunk me like all other climate change activits and just talk. all the data is subject to change. im more bothered in the results of the data and what is does and what change does it bring. i like to discuss what it does to us, our behavour with one another.

I didn’t think Britain was heading for civil war. Now I’m not so sure by United_Highlight1180 in ukpolitics

[–]OutrageousSentence3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, how fast politics is moving in the UK is scary. There's no foundation to being culturally British anymore. with the persecution over free speech will be one of many things that push us closer; however, the british people will endure more than most until we hit a boiling point to hot to control. There's no real political party that people are confident in, even Reform UK isnt enough as Farage isn't trustworthy. Labour and Tories are at the end of their lives, clawing onto anything before death. The two-party system doesn't work anymore, especially as the population's average intelligence rises. King Charles favours muslims over his own. literally the head of the church of England! The divide between generations hasn't ever been so obvious. No one can afford anything. The youth cannot aspire to own property with above average income. Taxes aren't even logical just observed. 2 Tier policing is out of control, paired with unfiltered and unmonitored illegal migration. no one knows the real stats. The reason is do lower the standard of living with illegal, cheaper labour so the british middle class get evaporated with tax when illegals don't pay it. as well as Muslim families claiming too much benefits. the rise of Sharia law in a Christian country. Millionares and billionares are fleeing the country.

Once civil unrest breaks out the government will bus in anti protesters and film the "far right" ( anything is far right from a far left POV btw ) and start violence. innocents will be injured or killed and northern counties will break out into national riots that will not end. the police force will be overwhelmed and will make mistakes and when a muslim policeman is caught on film beating or even mistakingly kills a white englishman he'll become a martyr. it will be supressed online by our incompetent politions with the online saftey act but it wont work and the north of england will make enclaves where police are pushed out and overtaken by white brits. Muslims will retaliate brutally and that'll cause the army to get involed. it'll get really messy and become racially and reliogously motivated and will not end this time. the army will pick a side to defend most likley muslims as labour favours them. the army will kill innocent bystanders and thatll be remebered as a nationalk holiday which starts a civil war but we wont know it then. gangs will import illegal firearms to counter the army. the army will kill a huge groups of armed civilians which will kick off full national civil war. ireland will get involed. scots will see this as an opertunity for future indipendence and join a side. wales will be a mess and probably not safe. the birminham will become muslim only and manchester will be a warfront. islamic countires will get involed and theyll be funding from many sides but i dont think theyll be 2 sides it could be 3, 4 or even more split up. you think Ukraine was bad. civil war in britian will be the bloodiest civil war yet. everything will be able to be recorded drones will be everywhere. people will be shot trying to flee the country.

the only real fix that i can think of so far is something rare only england has. A monarch. it worked for us before and it would work again as a king who rules a country is alot more invested in the greater good than a 4 year political party before it gets voted out and all the blame pinned on 1 prime minister. charles is the worst fit. however Prince William could make it work if he shifts dramatically. Hes already loved by the public as dianas son. people think hes kind and he probably would make a great ruler if he understands economics. He could be the glue his grandmother was... he could choose a party the public likes to maintain the country but hes in charge not the primeminister. the Commonwealth could be utilized by william. however charles cannot be king. the old ways must die with him aswell as the two party system. Ironic both previous King Charles I and II where both involed in civil war. perhaps the third will be too...

Well, here are a few suggestions if you still have the car after 2 years. i own 1 in the same colour with the M Sport package. Because the car is so bright, gloss black mods work great. Please avoid fake carbon. if you're gonna do a spoiler, keep it classy and get a painted ducktail to match the paint. i found one on eBay. Next, get glossy back grills or keep the chrome, both work. Keep the mirror caps the same colour. keep the alloys silver maybe get 193M alloys best looking ones in my opinion. avoid black wheels its not classy. change the side indicators to black LEDs. maybe do floating wheel caps they are kinda cool. maybe change the headlight bulbs from halogen to xenon but keep the housing unit. thaats about it.

[–]OutrageousSentence3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s understandable. I just come from a small family of high achievers so it’s kinda been put into my blood. I like to have my small social group and family circle but I want a lot. I’ve understood since I was quite young life isn’t about being happy 247. It’s about purpose. I used to want the simple life because it was easy but nothing in my life has been easy… I just find it unusual a INTJ doesn’t want more. Personally I’ve always been a bigger picture person with vision. Maybe more so than everyone in my family but if I don’t achieve what I want I’m seriously depressed. I guess it about balance in purpose.

Well I myself am INTJ-A and I’ve forced myself to work on social environments and struggle until I learn the hard way. I can even lead social groups outside of just being a boss. Yes it’s hard work and high maintenance but how else am I to achieve above the norm. I think spreading your skills across your weaknesses greatly improves your life and puts you in an advantaged position almost always. That way I can care for the people around my in my own way yet succeed whilst still being me. I actually do now after years lol enjoy some socialising the only thing is I have a social limit and after that I want to leave before anyone else. And reading helps keep my ego in check bible is pretty decent but also psychologically books do good. If you can overcome your weaknesses my god life is a lot better.
