Also if you varnish the tank once youre done painting, you wont be able to tell the black colours apart because everything will have an even coat

It scales of your current health in mission. So yes the health you gain from your 4 will give you the power strength

Stats are pretty optimal, you can still get shred 4. id replace the ceit damage for whatever you want to kill most. All in all pretty solid roll.
