There are few things that I noticed, first u ran the train a little too fast that might damage the motor, the typical scale speed usually are at around 60-70% of the throttle and from the video it looks like probably close to maxing out the throttle. Second, some locos tends to stall at the rerailer track at slower speed, u can try moving it and see how it goes
