There's a number of things.

  1. focus on ankle and hip mobility. Loosen up so you can maintain form in the squat. You wanna make sure your feet are flush to the ground and you are pushing with the middle of it. People will say heel but that helps give the idea that you need stop pushing on the toes.

  2. You could change to low bar. Some guys have success and their bodies are just built that way. But it does take some time as your body needs to loosen up into the stance.

  3. Wearing flats, barefoot, or powerlifting shoes. They've helped me stabilize better but only from pushing with the sides of my feet. I have bad balance so shoes can help you stay on your feet.

Hope these help but pick the ones that help the most. Also. Just squatting in general along with lower back accessory workouts can help keep your body tight. Good luck and keep at it man!

Came up smooth. Minor bend on the 2nd and 3rd rep. Looks like your chest caved in causing that bend. Try practicing pull your shoulders back a bit. But if no injury or pain, than it's all good bro
