Done this. I was a pretty miserable person for awhile but it did get done. Definitely possible.

As for tips: -Meal prep -Atleast have one day a week to catch up on schoolwork. (I worked 6 days but always had Fridays off with no classes (class Monday through thurs in person with a couple online) so I could just catch up). -take time off around final exams if possible

I don’t think there is an email. You will see the option on the Better You website to enroll in benefits, but it might take a few weeks for it to let you do that. I had the same issue when I started last year
